Oh, so the silly little girl is sorry now. Now that it's too late. Now that she's wished her little brother away into the Goblin King's keeping.

It doesn't matter how many tears she cries, how much she might regret what she has done. An apology that comes too late is only a wasteful scattering of words on the wind. Regardless of how heartfelt they might be, they're useless.

He'd pity her, if he thought that she deserved it. But she made her choice; she spoke the words. She summoned him, whether she intended to or not.

Let her learn to live with her errors. He's a King, not a tutor.
