Summary: It happens in an instant. One minute, Desir is outside greeting Zod. The next, an eerie green light floods the upper floor of the Starling Party's guild building, almost smothering the two muffled shouts that accompany it.

Apparently, even after slaying a dragon and clearing a Shadow Labyrinth and improving relations between the Western Kingdoms and the Hebrion Empire, having a normal graduation day is still too much to ask for.
